Tool
FX cost comparison
Type a send amount, a reference rate, a transfer fee and a markup. The result uses only those figures. It is not a live rate and it is not a quote.

Amount received = (amount sent − fee) × reference rate × (1 − markup ÷ 100). The cost is the gap between the amount at the reference rate and the amount received. Type 0 if a fee or markup is zero. A blank field is missing, not zero. This calculator does not fetch a rate and it is not a quote.
How to use this
- Take the fee and the rate from a quote you already have.
- Enter a reference rate you are comparing against, if you have one.
- Type 0 where a fee or markup really is zero. A blank field is treated as missing.
What this tool does
- Applies the fee and percentage markup you enter to the amount and rate you enter.
What this tool does not do
- Fetch a market rate.
- Include a correspondent fee you did not type.
- Recommend a provider.
